Optical Devices

A series of optical devices that ask the observer to interact. By looking through them and experiencing the different optical effects, altered versions of reality, I am hoping to sensibilize the observer for his surroundings.
What we think we see and what we actually physically perceive doesn´t necessarely line up though. Our eyes are somewhat like a camera, they only record the incoming light, in contrast the brain interprets the light that enters our eyes. It is not the eyes that process what we perceive, it is our brain. - which can easily be fooled.
